Refund & Return Policy – Outlaw Heritage Co

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect addresses.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

If approved, we will send a free replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Orders
If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with our production partner to resolve it.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.

• Make sure your shipping address is correct
• Orders cannot be changed once production starts
